Carl Bialorucki has 15 years of LE experience and currently serves as a Sergeant for the Placerville Police Department. Carl is also the President of Pursuit Performance Training. Carl has worked previously for the Santa Clara Police Department and the El Dorado County Sheriff's Department. His prior assignments include: SWAT, FTO, DARE, SRO, Chemical Agents Instructor, and facilitator for the nationally recognized SAVE (Safe Alternatives and Violence Education) Program. Carl is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.A. in Political Science.
Justin Leach currently serves as the Performance Director for Pursuit Performance Training. Justin has designed & implemented LE & Military Fitness Training for the Elk Grove Police Department and the Army National Guard. Justin received his B.S. in Sports Psychology from U.C. Davis and has recently earned his M.S. degree in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention at the California University of Pennsylvania. Justin maintains his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification through the NSCA and carries his USAW Level I Club Coach Certification. He is also a Certified Nike SPARQ Trainer.
Marlia Braun-Sutherlin holds a BS in Biological Sciences and a Doctorate in Nutritional Biology from UC Davis, and is a Registered Dietitian. She has worked in the field for 9 years. She guest lectures for groups including: LE Agencies & Military Institutions. She has counseled adolescent, collegiate, and master athletes of varying caliber involved in various sports as well as, firefighters and police officers to assist with optimizing mental and physical performance, weight loss, a healthy immune system, and lowering chronic disease risk. Marlia's nutritional approach draws from her experience as a competitive athlete and firefighter.
Dr. Jana Price-Sharps is a licensed psychologist that specializes in police psychology. She is a professor of Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in Fresno, California. Jana works closely with police departments on critical incidents, hostage negotiations, officer involved shootings, developing joint SWAT/CNT trainings, and pre-employment assessments. She is the President of the California Forensic Institute Inc. (CFI) which is an organization dedicated to providing law enforcement and private industry with affordable, state of the art, and efficient services. She is also the President of Sierra Education and Research Institute (SERI) that provides ongoing mental health services to police officers and their families. Jana specializes in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder primarily for Law Enforcement and other First Responders.
Jason Mills is a licensed attorney who specializes in workers' compensation law. Since 2001 he has served as a partner at the law firm of Neeman & Mills, Ltd., in Las Vegas, Nevada. During his practice, he has litigated hundreds of workers' compensation cases, including before the Supreme Court of Nevada. Throughout his practice, he has represented both claimants and employers in workers' compensation claims thereby giving him unique insight to both sides of the workers' compensation system. Throughout his practice, he has handled numerous police and firefighter workers' compensation claims. He received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctorate from the California Western School of Law.
